To print Page without NoPrint macro in use, you have to Copy it and remove all data you don't want printed.

Alternative Printing instructions - DO NOT USE unless NoPrint macro is broken and content is being printed / exported where it needs to be not visible

STEP 1

Copy page you want to print

by going to Action Item menu for this page and selecting Copy

STEP 2

Change Parent Page from default to Page you wish to print

STEP 3

Rename your Page

STEP 4

Bring up Edit Layout Menu

by clicking Page Layout button

STEP 5

Remove sections you do not need

  • Remove Site Navigation section on top
  • Remove Page Original copy, if present, at the bottom

You can remove them by selecting the section in the page and clicking Remove Section button in the Edit Ribbon.

STEP 6

Alternatively, you can select specific areas in each section and delete only them.

  • For example, you can delete rows in the table by selecting a row you wish to delete and clicking the Remove row button

Unselect Policy Metadata Sets

Save your Page

STEP 9

Print your Page

  • You can export this page in Word or PDF format to share electronically

or

  • Use your browser settings to print this page using a Printer

  • No labels
