Course Management

Responsibilities

Responsibilities pertaining to course management include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Update course content
    • Input content into LMS
    • Calendar and due dates
    • Layout
    • Assignment instructions
    • Gradebook design
  • Manage technology
  • Ensure proper formatting for TEM
  • Ensure rubrics and documents align with LUO template
  • Adhere to and maintain LUO expectations for consistent content
  • Submit HelpDesk tickets, as needed
  • Perform quality control check prior to submitting to CAD
  • Communicate with third party vendors, when appropriate
  • Submit the following forms within the Course Adjustment Tool (CAT), as needed:
    • Curriculum Changes
    • Course Materials (CM)
