To ensure academic integrity, Teaching Assistants will no longer be linked in BANNER to the specific professor as proxy they are assigned to, unless written confirmation is provided to the Course Schedules team that the Teaching Assistant no longer intends to enroll in any future courses with Liberty University. A Teaching Assistant should never have Teaching Assistant access to a course they are taking or intend to take as a student. If the Teaching Assistant is not assigned in Banner, the department should list the Teaching Assistant when their course schedules are submitted to the Course Schedules Team. If the Teaching Assistant is assigned in Banner, the department will need to notify the Course Schedules Team that the Teaching Assistant no longer intends to enroll in any future courses with Liberty University.

This is because a Teaching Assistant should never have Teaching Assistant access to a course they are taking or intend to take as a student.
