Complete Wording of New or Revised Policy:
The Archive will acquire material from and about the following entities or themes: Liberty University, Thomas Road Baptist Church, Jerry Falwell Ministries, the Moral Majority, the Old-Time Gospel Hour, Baptist traditions in America, Sunday School and local history.

Policy Review Cycle:
Every five years or as needed
The archive is to collect institutional records and evaluate gifted materials on the basis of the collection policy. The Archivist will make the final decision on which materials are retained. Materials that do not fit the collection policy may be deaccessioned.
