Jerry Falwell Library Lockers Policy
Jerry Falwell Library
Jerry Falwell Library employees and customers using lockers in the building
Lockers are available on a first-come, first-served basis to customers who wish to store their personal possessions and library materials which have already been checked out. They may not be used to store food, illegal or hazardous objects, library materials which have not been checked out, malodorous personal belongings, or other perishable items. Lockers are subject to inspection at the discretion of library staff at any time, and, if necessary, items may be removed and, as appropriate, returned to the library, stored in lost and found or, if perishable, discarded. The Jerry Falwell Library is not responsible for the contents of the locker.
Library lockers are made available to customers in the Dodak Technology Commons, Gwin Learning Commons, Tinney Café, and Scholars Commons at the Jerry Falwell Library. Library staff monitor the lockers with weekly visual checks. The lockers will be cleared at the end of the summer and each semester term. Lockers are provided as a convenience to customers, and usage must be in accordance with the Liberty Way and reasonable safety and cleanliness standards.
